What’s off your plate?

Let's make 2022 the year for YOU! I talk with so many people that are tied to their computers/jobs which leaves them less then fulfilled and stressed with no time for themselves. Let's face it, we get recognized for the work we do, for the titles we hold and the wins we have at work. I get it, I was a VP of HR and held the corner office. But, in 2022, you're so much more than your work.


I want to help you manifest your dreams and desires. That may be in work, but it may be in many other areas of your life. Why? Because, you're worth it! You don't have to be defined only by your job. You can reach for that thing you've made a resolution year after year, but haven't changed. You can be that person you've always wanted to be. You can find love and companionship that makes you feel whole. You can reduce stress in your life and find joy in it. Whatever your goals and desires, YOU can make them a reality!


This is a tool for you to create a clear list of what you truly want in all aspects of your life – be it an apartment, job, relationship, or regular exercise routine. Use this to break down your desire list and more fully realize what your ultimate goals consist of.

  1. Choose what it is you want to manifest, and write it at the top of a sheet of paper. Example: My ideal apartment

  2. List all the things that your ideal must have. Be specific. Example: Large bathtub, full-size refrigerator, air conditioning, three blocks from the subway

  3. List all the things your ideal preferably will have. Example: A dishwasher, a washing machine, an office, wood floors

  4. List all the things that your ideal must not have. Example: Mice, roaches, leaks, and thin walls

  5. List all the things that your ideal preferably will not have. Example: Noisy neighbors, above third floor, far from grocery stores

Once you have your ideal list, let's figure out how you get there. We sometimes think that these things are out of reach, but start small. What's one thing you can do today, tomorrow and next week to start working towards your goals? What's in your way? How do you remove these barriers?

What’s on your plate?

Creamsicle Smoothie

This is my new favorite recipe and is full of great nutrients to kick off your day!


Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. What do you start your say with? Today, mine started with a nutrient packed immunity punch. I'm in love with my new go to recipe for a creamsicle shake. Here’s my recipe

  • Ice

  • 5 or 6 pieces of frozen peaches

  • A handful of kale (I buy the fresh chopped and then freeze it)

  • A little oat milk

  • A splash of orange juice

  • Water

  • Vanilla protein shake (my favorite is Shakeology because it’s loaded with amazing nutrition)




In addition I add:

  • Collagen (for hair, nails eye and skin support)

  • Curcumin (anti inflammatory)

  • My probiotic for gut health

  • Liquid zinc for immunity

  • Lyposomal zen for calm and focus

All of this is blended into a delicious shake that is a strong foundation for the rest of the day.

Speaking of breakfast, another favorite that I found was Cauliflower Oatmeal. It's on my list of things to cook up this weekend! It's low carb and packed with macronutrients. Add in cinnamon and ginger for more anti-inflammatory benefits. Here's the recipe.
