30 Days to Eating Well

We are excited to share this 30 day challenge, well maybe support group, to help you transform your eating in 30 days.

Is it a good time for a reset? Eating right isn't always me! I love all the fun stuff, wine, ice cream, chocolate and more. But, I know that our country is struggling with an increase of diabetes, heart attack and stroke and eating well now will help us in the future. Sometimes, though, we don't know what eating right looks like. We've tried all the fad diets and nothing works. Diets just don't work, but lifestyle changes work. That's what we will focus on.

In this group, we will identify what WORKS for you individually instead of a blanket approach. We will share with you some insights on understanding what eating for wellness means. We will put together individualized plans to give you the foundation for success.

Here's how it's going to work.

  1. Weekly webinars on different topics, like food myths, reading labels and shopping in your grocery store for better eating.

  2. 2 FREE health coaching sessions to understand where you are today and what your goals are. We'll work on developing a plan that's customized to help you achieve these goals. No fad diets, no prescriptive program where you have to give up everything you love!

  3. 2 FREE group sessions to share ideas, successes, recipes and more. The group accountability married with the accountability helps support you in meeting your goals.

  4. Recipes, food information, resources and so much more!
